• Provide safe and timely access to locations, systems, personnel, records, and infrastructure reasonably needed for the requested work.
• Maintain appropriate backups, credentials, licenses, policies, and internal approvals unless a written agreement assigns a responsibility to us.
• Promptly review recommendations, designs, quotes, change requests, and deliverables and provide decisions or approvals.
• Use services and systems in compliance with law, manufacturer requirements, licensing terms, and any applicable acceptable-use policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Website to:

• Violate any law or infringe another person's rights.
